From Idea to First Customers in Five Months

If we haven’t met yet—hi, I’m Bianca! 👋🏻

I'm a creative solopreneur who’s testing something new, and I'm looking for 2-3 founding participants to build it with me.

Our mission (should you choose to accept) is to move you from "thinking about starting something" to "actually started and serving customers" in five months—together.

What This Is

The Sprint Series is a 5-month journey for solopreneur business development that combines design thinking, lean startup methodology, and play-based approaches.

It's designed for people who are:

The process adapts to what you're actually creating as it unfolds. No cookie-cutter prescriptions, just two people figuring out what works for you.

How It Works

Five months. Five sprints. Five deliverables.

Month 1: Business Model Sprint

Deliverable: Complete business model canvas

We map out how it could all work together—what success looks like for you (not someone else's definition), who you think you're serving, and what your riskiest assumptions are.

We start here because you need a hypothesis to test, even if that hypothesis turns out to be wrong. When you start with "here's what I think,” you set yourself up to learn, grow and iterate quickly—even (especially!) if you’re wrong!

Month 2: Value Proposition Sprint

Deliverable: Customer-validated value proposition

This is where our ideas and theoretical business model meet reality. We focus on real customer conversations, using actual language about their actual needs. We continue to iterate on your business model. We practice flexibility about what the product/solution could be.

Month 3: MVP Sprint

Deliverable: Minimum viable product plan and working prototype

What's the simplest version of this new offering that is truly valuable? How can you start now and learn as you go from customers? We emphasize getting to customers before "perfect" if at all possible.

Creating a “good enough” offering isn’t amateurish or unprofessional. It’s how virtually all successful enterprises start.

Month 4: Operations Sprint

Deliverable: Functional operational setup

We figure out your basic legal structure, financial setup (business bank account, basic bookkeeping), payment processing (how customers actually pay you), tech stack, and logistics.

This is the month where it all starts to get real, and you’re set up for future growth.

Month 5: Marketing Sprint

Deliverable: Website, brand basics, marketing foundation

We design a public presence and message that communicates who you really are and what you’re really about. This could be a formal “launch” with full website/social media accounts or just a LinkedIn refresh with strategic emails. It all depends on what’s right for you right now.

By Month 5, you actually know what you're offering and who you're offering it to, which makes talking about it and sharing it publicly feel like a natural extension of our previous work, not a harrowing setup for rejection.
